I’m still alive!

Yes, I’ve been away for a while and if you live in the southern hemisphere (more specifically in a rugby loving country) you may have also guessed that I’m only blogging because there is no rugby on this week. Sadly, the Super Rugby season has come to an end and unfortunately my team (the Queensland Reds) had to bow out at the semi-final stages. The good news though is that international test matches for the south start next week. [*Yosh!] Go the Wallabies! lol

Anyways, this is just to let you know that I’m still alive; my uni work is coming along well and I’ve begun raising support for our mission trip to Vanuatu next month. I’ve kind of been passive for the last couple of weeks so this post is my way of challenging myself to get back into blogging/writing.

I also want to take this time to wish my brother in Christ – Biutoka Kacimaiwai a happy 21st birthday. There are probably a lot of things I could say about what I see in your life but I guess this picture pretty much just sums it all up.

Continue to inspire.
Congratulations and thanks for all the hard work you put into organising tonight. Hands-down, the best birthday event I’ve ever been to. Chur bro, thanks for the memories; for the tears and the hard laughs. [A special thank you to Captain Joey Ebbingtide – our entertainer for the night]
Alright folks, that’s me for the night. You’ll be reading a whole lot more soon.
Oh, and if you’re interested in supporting me financially for the upcoming Vanuatu mission trip, feel free to shoot me an email at maseikula[at]yahoo.com and I’ll fill you in on how you can help.
